After Castle and Beckett wake up from bed both handcuffed in a closed room without any memory on how they been in there, the must solve the mysterious thing happened to them answering why and where are they at the same time, finding a way to escape. Now both of them are making adjustments because of being tied together, but their biggest problem is who are those who kidnapped them. Meanwhile, Ryan. Esposito and Gates are assigned to investigate the missing two persons in a crime which is full of mysterious.
