Tyrannosaur is a 2011 forecoming British drama movie written and directed by actor Paddy Considine (His 1st feature movie). This movie sites an environment same to what Considine witnessed growing up on a council estate in the Midlands, though this movie is in not an autobiographical. Starring Peter Mullan, Olivia Colman, and Eddie Marsan with Paul Popplewell and Sally Carman.The movie's title is a metaphor where meaning will be uncovered in the movie itself. It was filmed in spring 2010 in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. Considine recently wrote and directed the short film Dog Altogether for Warp Films, getting the Best Short Film BAFTA and BIFA awards as well as the Silver Lion award at Venice in 2007. Peter Mullan, Olivia Colman and Paul Popplewell also showed in the short film playing the same role as the feature.
Story begins when a person overwhelmed by violence and rage, Joseph, drives him to self-destruction, having a chance of redemption that shows in the form of Hannah, a charity shop worker for Christians.
